#EXTRA Jessie J, Amsterdam

Normaly I write in Dutch but this one is 

going to be in English as if, 

I went to Jessie J last night and it was WAY TOO good to let it pass..

I hope you enjoy this one as well!

February 2016, was the first time I saw this freaking amazing woman live @ Heineken Music Hall in Amsterdam. Actually it really was a random decision to buy tickets for her concert. I knew who she was (OBVIOUSLY) and I knew some of her songs ánd I knew she was a great singer.. So why not!

Today, I'm still happy I made that decision back then because it was one of the best concerts I've ever been to. I had SO much fun and it was SO good!!

So when she announced her tourdates and announced that she was coming back to Amsterdam, I had no single doubt! I had to go! So here we are (well, actually it was Monday..haha) waiting, in the sun (YASS). After a couple of hours, the doors finally opend!

Before Jessie J starts her show, her supportact, Stanaj warmed up the crowd... He not only warmed us up, he absolutely blew us away. He had such a great voice! Really enjoyed his performance!

After his performance, Jessie J finally enters the stage! She had the crowd going crazy, before she even had the chance to sing something! She sang some of her greatest hits (Domino, Price tag, Flashlight) and some of her new songs (Really like "Not my ex" tho!!). Her voice is so facking amazing! I don't know how she does it tho.. She can reach so many different keys.. It's so unreal!

What I maybe love the most was "the talking". I don't know why, but for some reason she really gets to me and I really was "enjoying" the moments she was talking about herself, her pain, her struggles, her mistakes, just her life. She is so normal and so down to earth. I felt so connected to her.

She said it herself but I really felt like we could be friends or something (HAHA). What I mean to say is; She hasn't got an attitude or something. She is just herself, 100%!  She sells out so many venues and still, she makes time for a letter, that's tossed on stage. She sits down, starts reading (in herself and later out loud) and starts a conversation with her fan(s), asked them things and stuff. Although you're not part of that conversation, she makes it a "thing" for everyone. I really, really liked that!

It's like, even she isn't talking wíth you, it feels like she is talking tó you - Do you know what I mean....

Not even mentioned her humor. My god, I laughed SO hard! She is so upfront and honest (and I love that!!!) but sometimes it's so funny and sarcastic! I think I've never laughed that many times at a concert, out loud before! I'd buy tickets even just to hear her talk about her life, love, lessons and stuff!

Yes, I really loved every second last night! It's definitely the best and most fun concert I've been to!!! Thank you Jessica "ELLUN" Corinish, for just being nothing but yourself. You really inspired me.. Thank you for your words, your crazy faces, your funny dances and the lovely vibe you gave us last night! Can't wait to see you again!!!
